SAFESAFE
New Zealand's second largest animal welfare organisation, SAFE has been a voice for all animals for over 70 years. The organisation runs public awareness campaigns and undertakes political lobbying to advocate for animals in New Zealand. Staffed offices in Christchurch and Auckland support a network of volunteers throughout New Zealand.

 

AAAAuckland Animal Action (AAA)
A grassroots activist group that promotes direct action against all forms of animal abuse. AAA was the first New Zealand animal liberation group to use civil disobedience. The group is democratically run with shared decision making and all group participants are volunteers. Members can contribute in a number of ways from demonstrations, stalls to letter writing.
